1. The service YourQR (working name) sells packs of unique QR code stickers to businesses ("Customers") and provides a dashboard showing how those codes are scanned.

2. Accounts You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One account represents one business.

3. Packs, tracking period and renewals Each pack includes 12 months of dashboard tracking from the date of purchase. Packs do not auto-renew. After the tracking period ends, codes keep redirecting to your destination, but scan analytics in the dashboard are locked until you renew. Opt-in contacts you collected remain exportable.

4. Destinations and acceptable use You are responsible for the destinations your codes point to and for any opt-in page content. No illegal, deceptive, malicious or adult content; no phishing; no collecting sensitive data through opt-in pages.

5. Opt-in contacts When people opt in through your hosted page, you are responsible for using their contact details lawfully and only as described on the page they saw, and for honoring unsubscribe requests.

6. Payments and refunds Prices are shown at checkout. [Refund policy to be defined.]

7. Data Scan analytics are de-identified (no raw IP addresses are stored). See the Privacy Policy and, if you agreed to it, the De-identified Data Use terms.
